
Joint Meeting of the Auction Committee and Auction Management Committee Held at FGEHA
A joint meeting of the Auction Committee and the Auction Management Committee of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) was held today, Friday, 13th June 2025. Several key matters were discussed during the session, with the foremost being the confirmation of minutes from the previous meeting held on 14th May 2025.
The meeting also included a detailed review of the preparations for the upcoming auctions scheduled to be held on 18th and 19th June 2025. The Auction Committee issued directions to adopt measures aligned with current market conditions, to arrange investor meetings, and to ensure a conducive and investor-friendly environment during the auction.
It was also clarified by the Auction Committee that budgetary relief would be applicable to this upcoming auction. Furthermore, reserve prices for commercial plots to be offered in the auction were finalized based on recommendations of the sub-committee constituted by the Auction Committee.
Other important matters were also presented during the meeting with the approval of the Chairperson. The Director General of Housing Authority directed all senior officers to work diligently to ensure the success of the Grand Auction scheduled to be held on 18th and 19th June 2025 at 10:00 AM at E-11, Islamabad.
