Major High-Level Postings and Transfers in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting
Raisa Adil Appointed as Principal Information Officer (PIO), Muhammad Shahazad Posted as DG PID Islamabad; Notifications Issued

The Government of Pakistan has issued official notifications regarding the immediate posting and transfer of Grade 20 (BS-20) officers of the Information Group. According to the notifications issued under the signature of Section Officer (IG) Sana Saif, major administrative changes have been made within the ministry.
As per the details, Ms. Raisa Adil, a BS-20 officer of the Information Group currently serving as Executive Director General, External Publicity Wing, has been transferred and posted as Executive Director General/Principal Information Officer (PIO) at the Press Information Department (PID), Islamabad, in her own pay and scale.
In a corresponding move, Mr. Muhammad Shahazad, a BS-20 officer currently serving as Director General, Digital Communication Department, Islamabad, has been transferred and posted as the new Director General, Press Information Department (PID), Islamabad.
Furthermore, Mr. Mubashir Hasan, the outgoing Executive Director General/Principal Information Officer (PIO) at PID Islamabad, has been transferred and assigned the responsibilities of Director General, Digital Communication Department, Islamabad.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has forwarded copies of these notifications to the Secretary to the President, Advisor to the Prime Minister, Establishment Division, AGPR, and all other relevant departments for official record and implementation. All new assignments are effective immediately and will remain valid until further orders.
