Islamabad:
The federal government has officially issued notifications for the promotion of officers from the Information Group of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to BS-20 and BS-21. A total of 9 officers have been promoted in this phase.
According to the issued notification, four BS-20 officers have been promoted to BS-21. These officers include:
Saeed Ahmed Sheikh, Ashfaq Ahmed Khalil, Samina Farzin, and Imrana Wazir.
Likewise, five BS-19 officers have been promoted to BS-20. The promoted officers are:
Ambreen Gul Shahid, Hamid Raza Khan, Muhammad Saleem, Shazia Siraj, and Danyal Saleem Gilani.
According to official sources, these promotions were approved on the recommendations of the Selection Board, while posting and transfer orders for the promoted officers will be issued separately.
This round of promotions is being seen as a significant administrative development within the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, receiving a positive response in official and media circles.
