
1st July 2025, Aghdam, Azerbaijan – In a significant step toward enhancing regional cooperation and youth development, the Government of Pakistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral collaboration in the field of Youth Development.
Representing Pakistan and the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), Miss Syed Amnah Batool, Member of the National Assembly and Focal Person for PMYP to the Green Youth Movement and International Linkages, signed the agreement on behalf of PMYP in place of Chairman Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan. The MoU was signed with counterparts in Azerbaijan during a formal ceremony held on June 1st, 2025, in Aghdam, Republic of Azerbaijan.
This partnership is rooted in shared goals, mutual understanding, and a commitment to fostering stronger ties through youth-centered initiatives, intercultural exchange, and regional collaboration.
